City of Kaliningrad
IKBFU is the educational, research, and cultural center of the RF exclave. The University offers nearly 300 educational programs and has more than 15,000 students and 1,500 academic staff. IKBFU comprises 8 Institutes, 3 Faculties, 2 Higher Schools and a number of research centers. IKBFU has a joint double Master degree on Tourism with Bristol University. The University favours mobility of students and teachers. IKBFU participates in such international programs and projects: Erasmus Mundus Triple III External Cooperation Window; Erasmus Mundus Aurora — Towards Modern and Innovative Higher Education; Promoting Sustainable Excellence in Testing and Assessment of English (PROSET); Extended three-level competence-based educational programme in the field of Applied Marine Sciences; ENPI Russia Action Program 2009 of the EU „EU4U: Establishment of the EU Centre at the University; IKBFU participates in several international projects including “Russia and Europe: Past, Present, and Future”.
Tatjana Tambovkina is professor of Pedagogical Science. She works at the Department of Linguistics and Cross-Cultural Communication. She delivers courses on self-study methodology, theory of teaching foreign languages, supervises scientific work of post graduate, master and bachelor students.

Natalya Milyavskaya manages international programs and projects, academic cooperations with Germany, she coordinats students and staff mobility. She is also associate professor teaching ESP at the Department of Foreign Languages for Professional Purposes.
Olga Rozhkova is associate professor working at the department of Linguistics and Cross-Cultural Communication. She teaches English, Written Communication Competence, Teaching Means for Teaching Foreign Languages, supervises scientific work on ELT methodology and linguistics for bachelor students at I. Kant Baltic Federal University.
Olga Zayachkovskaya is associate professor working at the department of Linguistics and Cross-Cultural Communication. She teaches English, Culture of Spoken Communication, supervises scientific work on ELT methodology for bachelor students at I. Kant Baltic Federal University. She is a qualified trainer in teaching Russian as a foreign language.
Olga Peteshova is associate professor working at the department of Linguistics and Cross-Cultural Communication. She teaches German, Ancient Languages and Cultures, Theory of Intercultural Communication, Multimedia in Teaching Foreign Languages, Linguistics and IT in Computer Assisted Language Learning.
